We tend to call this one the llama room for obvious reasons. ;)  This bedroom has a brand new king size Sealy Posturepedic mattress that is super comfortable.

This is my favourite room! I've tried to make it child friendly but not too childish so adults can also feel comfortable sleeping in this room.

Features 2 sets of king single bunks that very comfortably sleep adults and a trundle that is more suited to kids. All have brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

This room has a wardrobe and a TV which my son informs me can be very comfortably watched from the comfort of the bunkbeds ;) You can also sit on the big floor cushions if you prefer!

There are also some toys and books in the baskets under the TV for our younger guests. Please note, these are not sanitised by the cleaner so please give them a quick clean if you are at all worried.

The laundry is the perfect spot for wet clothes after you've come back from a trip to the snow. Wash and dry your clothes in the washing machine and dryer provided.  We would prefer you to leave dirty boots outside under the front verandah please.

This room also has an iron in the cupboard above and a small bench ironing board can be found in the linen closet.

Here you can find the kettle, toaster and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Refer to the Appliance Instructions section for details on how to use.

If you need more pantry space, the cupboard door to the right will be left open.

This bedroom has lovely views to North and the Cathedral Ranges.

Brand new Queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 2 wardrobes, a desk and a chair with coffee table.

This room also has direct access to the front verandah and is the door with the access code lock on it.

This ensuite is directly off the Queen bedroom that overlooks the backyard. 

Features a rain shower, removable shower head, toilet and double vanity.

An extra loo and somewhere for the hordes from the bunkroom to brush their teeth!

The Dining Nook can comfortably seat up to 11.

A high chair is also available in the linen closet in the hallway.

This lovely room has it's own ensuite and view over the backyard.

Features a Queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattress, a wardrobe and a bench seat to take in the view :)

Full of natural light, this is the main bathroom for the house.

Features a bath, rain shower, removable shower head, a toilet and double vanity.

Please forgive us if the window above the bath isn't completely clean, given it gets direct rain it's almost impossible to keep clean. Trust me we've tried but it's so high up it's quite dangerous! This doesn't stop the beautiful light coming in and having a bath watching the stars is quite something!

PS Live dangerously and choose whichever side of the basin you prefer! No gender stereotypes in this house ;)

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooktop, and microwave.

Coffee mugs are to the left of the oven in the overhead cupboard. Glasses are to the right.

You can find the crockery in the second drawer to the left of the oven and plastic plates and cups for kids in the top drawer as well as tissues and some plastic safety corners that can be used to put on the sharp corners of the wainscoting if you feel this might be necessary. Pots and pans are in the third drawer.

Cutlery is in the top drawer to the left of the oven. In the second drawer you will find chopping boards, strainers and an oven mitt. In the third drawer you will find plastic containers and glad wrap/aluminium foil.

You will also find a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit underneath the sink.

The Guest Closet is in the hallway and has a high chair, step ladder, ironing board and brooms.

The large closet next door is locked and for our cleaners use only.
