Full refund if cancels 30 days prior to arrival (3:00 PM)
50% refund, minus the first night and service fee if cancels 14 day of arrival (3:00 PM Check- in)

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $600

Prefer no shoes in the house
Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Child friendly but not child proof - please put away anything breakable that curious fingers may want to touch for the duration of your stay.
Please treat our house as if it is your home
 

During your stay :

You will be provided with an access code before you arrive that will allow you entry. We are only a phone call away if you need us. We do not live close by but our cleaner does and is available in case of emergencies. Her number as well as ours will be provided to you upon booking. In the event the code doesn't work for some reason, there is also a lockbox with keys onsite.

We hope you have a lovely relaxing stay at our newly renovated Californian Bungalow. Please note that whilst we are child friendly, there are some items that may entice curious fingers and ask that you remove these to a safe place during your stay.
